'Hugo' tops with Austin experts

The Austin Film Experts Association today introduced its 2011 honours, with Martin Scorsese's ode to classic cinema, ''Hugo,'' winning best film and Nicolas Winding Refn generating best director for ''Drive.''In annually where the experts awards happen to be disseminate among a number of Oscar challengers, the Austin announcement appeared to focus on a couple of groups that still dominate, including Albert Brooks for his supporting role in ''Drive'' and cinematographer Emmanuel Lubezki for ''The Tree of Existence.''
